The 4th Fastener Trade Show will be staged from 8th to 10th September 2010 at the Poly World Trade Expo Center, Guangzhou, China. According to Emily Chang, Manager of the Fastener Trade Show, the exhibition is now at the critical stage of visitor invitation. As of July 26, the number of pre-registered visitors has exceeded 1,500. With 130,000 copies of invitations mailed to the target visitors, participation in 6 overseas exhibitions and cooperation with 12 overseas professional media, it is expected the number of onsite visitors will exceed 10,000, setting a new record in China fastener exhibition. There are four characteristics of the pre-registered visitors:

1. They come from the well-known companies all over the world.

The well-known pre-registered buyers include Shenzhen Huawei, Shenzhen Sanyou, Shenzhen Foxconn, Shenzhen Masco, Guangzhou YTSF, Guangzhou Atotech, Shandong Kaitai, Shanghai Helicez, Dongguan Kuken, Sourceit (Germany), Ifastgroupe (one of the largest North American manufacturers and distributors of fasteners, USA), Cold Forged Products (founded in 1958, a specialty manufacturer of cold formed fasteners, Australia), NISSEN (rivet group, Japan), etc.

2. Most of them are regular and large volume buyers.

According to the organizer, a large number of the pre-registered visitors are regular buyer members of China Fastener Info. Today, they want something more than online communication, so they need to seize this best opportunity where they will enjoy face-to-face communication and mutual discussion with suppliers. Regular buyers like Xinhui CIMC, Hong Kong TBJ, Guangzhou Wurth, Guangzhou CBL, PRODEX CHARNOZ (France), Above Board Electronics (USA), Canco Fasteners (India), Tohid (Iran) have submitted the registration forms. It should be noted that Xinhui CIMC, as the subsidiary of the listed company CIMC, intends to purchase a large volume of fasteners. Mr. Liang, who comes from CIMC's purchasing department, told reporter, "At least a dozen companies at China Fastener Info are our suppliers, four or five of which are those we found at China Fastener Info and have successfully cooperated with."

3. Overseas visitors from different countries and regions; buyers in emerging markets are full of enthusiasm.

At present, the overseas pre-registered visitors cover 31 countries and regions. In addition to the traditional markets like Europe, USA and Japan, the number of South American buyers (e.g. Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama and Peru) sees significant growth. Meanwhile, the number of pre-registered visitors from India, Iran, Kuwait, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, UAE and other Asian countries also looks strong.

4. Japanese delegation group comes again.

A Japanese delegation group consisted of four Japanese companies arrived at the 3rd Fastener Trade Show, Hangzhou, China on March 25, 2010. They mainly looked for automotive fasteners and had successfully worked with several exhibitors. They will continue to organize a Japanese purchasing group to buy a large volume of bolts, nuts and screws.
