FQC Shanghai Mechanical Consultancy Company was established in 2007 and specializes in fastener and metal parts physical, mechanical and chemical inspection. FQC is a joint venture by two European companies - Fastbolt GmbH & LEDERER GmbH. Fastbolt has been established as a competitive supplier of industrial fasteners to the European distribution market for 30 years . The company has branches in Germany ,UK & China. The name "Lederer" stands for more than 40 years of experience with fasteners made of stainless steel, such as screws, nuts, bolts, normed and standardized parts. This development is the expression of our customer-oriented corporate philosophy-products or services are not the focal point of everything we do; the customer, are the focal point. Our laboratory offers an extensive modern facility such as tensile testers, hardness testers, metallurgical microscope, profile projector, drilling tester, X-ray fluorescent spectrometer, spectral analyzer as well as measuring instruments like recess penetration checker, thread gauges, camber checker, height gauge, calipers and micrometers. We are staffed by experienced fastener technicians capable of covering all aspects of inspection and testing and supervised by the quality managers of our two European investors. The main activities of FQC are the testing of mechanical and physical properties as well as chemical material analysis thus recognizing that quality assurance of fasteners is of prime importance.
