DIE THREAD PRECISION COMPANY set up in 1995, July. Our owner, Mr. Cheng , supervises each production of thread roller with his cautious attitude for more than a decade. We use alloy tool steel with vacuum heat treatment to make our particular thread rollers. Our customers include scopes of machinery, architecture, electronic, transportation, sports equipment, handcraft, industrial machinery and spare parts…etc. Thread rolling is non-scrap processing and the advantage is saving material. After extruding the workpiece, the density would be changed and the strength would also be enhanced. Moreover, the surface would be well-burnished and precise. No only the stability of quality but also the efficiency and cost of processing are superior than cutting processing efficiency can do.
