On Feb.3, 2009, Ministry of Economy of Mexico officially initiated antidumping investigation against carbon steel nuts from China (Custom Tariff number: 7318.16.03 and 7318.16.04). According to the announcement about the acceptance of the case, the period under investigation by Ministry of Economy of Mexico is from Oct. 1, 2007 to Sept. 30, 2008. Any company involved can get a questionnaire in General Bureau of international trade management of Ministry of Economy of Mexico or download at www.economia.gob.mx.
