On April 9, 2013, U.S. Department of Commerce announced the preliminary results of antidumping duty administrative review on certain steel threaded rods from China for the period of review (“POR”) April 1, 2011, through March 31, 2012. The Department has preliminarily determined that RMB Fasteners Ltd., IFI & Morgan Ltd., and Jiaxing Brother Standard Part Co., Ltd. (collectively “the RMB/IFI Group”) sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (“NV”).

The Department preliminarily determines that the following weighted-average dumping margins exist.
