ZHEJIANG METALS & MINERALS IMP. & EXP. CORP recently has changed its name to ZHEJIANG METALS & MINERALS IMPORT & EXPORT CO., LTD.. The company's shareholders approved the change on July 20th, 2009 and a Certificate of Incorporation on Name Change has been issued by the Register of Companies. Since August 6th, 2009, the change of its new name has come into effect.

However, it should be noted that it is only the company's name that has been changed; its legal entity, structure, business, rights and responsibility still remain the same. And all the contracts and agreements signed with other companies remain effective without any amendment or substitution. But all the new contracts and agreements from August 6th, 2009 will be carried with the new company seal.

After the change of the company's name, Ren Haijin is the legal representative and the chair of the company, Pan Minming is the vice chair and the general manager, and Liu Yueting, Jiang Zhihong, Jin Wensheng, Hu Xiao are the vice general managers.
