"Our annual sales in 2007 has increased by 25% compared with last year. It is expected that our sales this year will exceed 100 million yuan." says Mr. Zhang, General Manger of Wenzhou Jinsheng Fastener Co., Ltd.


According to Mr. Zhang, founded in 1999, Wenzhou Jinsheng now has more than 70 sets of cold headers and related equipment. They are specialized in producing nylon lock nuts, domed cap nuts, flange nuts, weld nuts, hex nuts in accordance with standards of DIN, ANSI, GB, JIS and BS, as well as other non-standard parts. Their competitive products include nylon lock nuts (DIN 985, DIN982, ANSI), domed cap nuts (DIN1587) and flange nuts (DIN6923, JIS B1190).

Since 2002, Wenzhou Jinsheng has passed ISO 9001:2000. They strictly follow the international quality management system during the five processes: purchasing—thread rolling—production—plating—packaging. They have their own wharf storage, thread rolling plant and plating plant. They concern for each manufacturing process. On the one hand, the quality of the products can be guaranteed. On the other hand, they can further reduce the production cost, so that they can share the benefits with the buyers from home and abroad. This is also the reason why Wenzhou Jinsheng's products are so popular all over the world. At present, 60% of their products are for the domestic market while the rest 40% are for export.


"Although we have self-managed export rights, most of products are exported through trading companies. In the future, we will gradually expand our market share in foreign countries." Mr. Zhang says, there is a great demand of nylon lock nuts and domed cap nuts in Europe and Middle East. These two regions will be our main export market. "We will attend the International Hardware Fair in March next year. It will be the first time for us to exhibit in this fair," Mr. Zhang says, "We exhibit because, on the one hand, the International Hardware Fair is one of the biggest hardware shows in the world, so that we can present ourselves in front of the world; on the other hand, we want to visit our European customers by this show, in order to keep close relationships with them and lay the good foundation for our cooperation in the future."
